Aisle policies
Terms
These terms explain how you can use Aisle and what applies when you purchase planning access.
Effective 14 October 2026 | Made for Tuesday | ABN 71 105 766 914
Aisle and this agreement
Aisle is a wedding planning service operated by Made for Tuesday, ABN 71 105 766 914. These Terms apply to accounts and use of the service. Purchases also follow our Cancellation & Refunds policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
Stripe Managed Payments may present additional payment-provider terms during checkout.
Your account and shared workspace
Provide accurate account information, keep your password secure and confirm your email address to access the workspace. You must have authority to enter this agreement and make any purchase.
Use separate accounts for invited people rather than sharing sign-in credentials. Each subscription covers one wedding workspace and accounts for you and your partner. Helper access requires an eligible seat and a Complete or Studio plan. Helpers cannot access monetary information or financial documents.
You are responsible for the people you invite and the information you share.
Plans, prices and renewal
All prices are in AUD. Inclusions and billing options are shown on Pricing and confirmed at checkout. Annual subscriptions are charged upfront. Subscriptions renew automatically on the selected billing cycle until renewal is cancelled.
There is no public free tier or free trial. Monthly billing is available if you do not want an annual commitment.
Cancel renewal in Settings → Plan before your next renewal. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Changing your wedding date does not cancel billing or shorten paid access. Gifted access has an administrator-managed expiry.
Upgrades and additional purchases
Upgrades are available. Moving to a lower tier is not currently supported.
An upgrade begins a new paid period. Where eligible, a one-off credit for the unused share of the most recent paid invoice is shown before payment. The replaced subscription is then cancelled.
Helper seats and AI top-ups are one-off purchases for the workspace. Included AI reads are granted once, not refreshed each month. An Archive Pass is a one-off purchase providing 12 months of read-only access and does not renew automatically.
Your content and acceptable use
You retain ownership of the content you add and permit us and our providers to store and process it to provide the service. Only upload content you are entitled to use, including guest information, images and vendor documents.
Do not upload malicious files, infringe other people's rights, bypass access restrictions or misuse the service.
Aisle's software, branding and original materials remain the property of their respective owners. Aisle does not book or pay wedding vendors for you and is not a party to your vendor agreements.
AI features and availability
AI quote and invoice reading is optional, metered and subject to usage and safety limits. Review extracted information before saving or using it. AI output is not legal, financial or professional advice.
We aim to keep Aisle available, but maintenance, provider interruptions and technical problems can occur. Keep exports of important information.
Cancellation, suspension and deletion
Cancellation stops future renewal. It does not automatically refund a purchase or delete information. Paid access may end after non-payment or a refund.
An administrator may pause a plan, restrict abusive use or suspend access where necessary to protect users or comply with the law. Contact support about a postponement or pause. A pause is not a self-service entitlement.
Expiry, Archive Pass access, deletion requests and retained records are explained in Cancellation & Refunds and Privacy.
Account deletion and paid-wedding deletion are blocked until recurring renewal cancellation is confirmed. Shared ownership can transfer only when a confirmed partner explicitly accepts. Helpers are never automatically promoted to owner. Contact us if you cannot access your plan.
Consumer rights and responsibility
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where those rights apply, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a repair, replacement or refund. Our change-of-mind refund policy does not override them.
Subject to those rights, you are responsible for checking planning information, AI output and vendor commitments before relying on them. We do not guarantee a particular wedding outcome.
Contact and changes
Contact Made for Tuesday through FAQ and contact, or Help & support when signed in, for billing questions, complaints or account assistance.
We may update these Terms and will communicate material changes where appropriate. Changes do not remove rights already accrued or non-excludable legal rights. Australian law applies, subject to mandatory protections that apply where you live.
