Aisle policies
Privacy
Your wedding workspace is private. Running a saved, shared service still involves processing information. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it and the choices available to you.
Effective 14 October 2026 | Made for Tuesday | ABN 71 105 766 914
Who operates Aisle
Aisle is operated by Made for Tuesday, ABN 71 105 766 914. For privacy questions, access or correction requests, deletion requests or complaints, use our public contact form or Help & support when signed in. We aim to respond within two business days.
Information we collect
We collect information needed to provide and support Aisle, including:
- Your name, email address, sign-in information, account details and policy acceptance records.
- Wedding information entered by you or invited members, including guest details, dietary needs, vendor contacts, budgets, photos, documents and planning notes.
- Subscription and purchase records, cancellation reasons, AI credit history and administrative account events.
- Support messages and technical information used to operate, troubleshoot and secure the service.
Only upload information you are authorised to share. Guest dietary and accessibility details can be sensitive. Tell guests how their information will be used and avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information.
How we use information
We use information to save and share your wedding plan, manage accounts and permissions, process purchases, send account and billing notices, respond to support requests, prevent abuse and maintain records needed for business or legal purposes.
Acknowledging this policy does not give consent to unrelated marketing.
Who can access information
Your workspace is not public. You and invited members can access information permitted by your roles and the wedding's plan. Helpers cannot access monetary information or financial documents.
Authorised administrators can access account and membership details, billing and credit history, retained account records and support tickets. Authorised support or technical staff may process workspace information where necessary to provide support, investigate problems, maintain the service or meet legal obligations.
Service providers and payments
Aisle uses Lovable Cloud for hosting, account services, database and file storage, and service providers for email delivery. Stripe Managed Payments handles checkout and payment processing. Payment details are entered through Stripe's payment form. Aisle does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
Providers may process information outside Australia under their applicable terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by law or where necessary to protect the service and its users.
Optional AI quote and invoice reads
When you choose an AI read, the selected document's content is sent through Lovable's AI service to Google Gemini to extract details. The document may contain personal or financial information. Storing a file does not itself trigger an AI read.
Only submit files you are authorised to process. Check extracted information against the original before saving or relying on it. AI results can be inaccurate.
Provider logging, retention and data use depend on the applicable provider policies. We do not guarantee zero retention or that submitted information will never be used for training. See Lovable's privacy policy and the applicable Google service policies for further information.
Retention after access ends
Cancelling renewal does not delete your wedding or account.
After paid or complimentary access ends, wedding records are normally retained for 90 days before becoming eligible for administrator-reviewed deletion, subject to the retention date shown for the account. An active Archive Pass provides 12 months of read-only access and extends retention as applicable.
Never-paid, never-gifted unfinished wedding workspaces are cleared after 30 days. This removes the workspace, not the login account.
Records retained after deletion
Restricted account archives retain names, email addresses, roles, wedding title and date, plan details, credits and account history for 12 months after deletion, then are automatically erased. These archives cannot restore your planning content or photos.
Closed support conversations are erased 12 months after resolution. Minimal financial and agreement evidence is retained separately for seven years. Daily cleanup removes old email-delivery records after 12 months and AI timeout records after 30 days.
Uploaded files and backups
When a wedding is deleted, uploaded files and thumbnails enter a removal queue. Daily cleanup retries unsuccessful removals. A file still referenced by another live record is retained until that reference is removed. Older orphaned uploads are reviewed separately before removal.
Provider backups, operational logs and payment records follow provider retention rules. Their exact expiry remains unconfirmed, so we cannot promise immediate erasure from every system. Following a backup restoration, deletion and retention cleanup must be reapplied before restored data is made accessible.
Contact us if you have a specific personal-information deletion request.
Account deletion and shared ownership
You can request account deletion in Settings → Account. Deletion is blocked until recurring renewal cancellation is confirmed with Stripe.
If you own a shared wedding, a confirmed partner must explicitly accept ownership through People and access, or shared wedding deletion must be completed first. Helpers cannot inherit ownership. A wedding with no remaining members is removed with its owner's account. If a billing or ownership check fails, the login remains available.
Security and your choices
We use sign-in controls, role-based permissions and file checks to restrict access. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your credentials private, review invitations and export important records before access ends.
Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity and explain any lawful retention exceptions. Australian users can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au (opens in a new tab).
Browser storage and policy updates
